This summer, a brand new Elite S923 FNPT II MCC flight training device has been delivered and installed at the prestigious flight training school “Flugschule und Luftfahrtunternehmen Ardex GmbH”, situated in the city of Kyritz, north-east of Berlin.
It is replacing their existing Elite FNPT II MCC, which over its 15 years of service has proved the company of its reliability and suitability for Ardex’ aviation training. While the device is still fully certified, the latest purchase will ensure that Ardex remains one of the most sophisticated and sought for aviation companies in the Berlin area.
As the founder of Flugschule und Luftfahrtunternehmen Ardex GmbH, Reinhard Krüger puts it into his own words: “Our fully qualified airline pilots are in high demand by the big airline companies – world-wide.” Based at the two airports of Kyritz and Berlin-Steglitz, the flight school has 13 employees, 11 different aircraft and offers a broad range of training options.
Their new Elite S923 FNPT II MCC flight training device features a 3-channel 220° FOV curved screen visual system. Training with the original Garmin GTN750 GPS plus the generic glass cockpit layout (based on Garmin G500/600 for the King Air B200 and Seneca III) allows the flight students to achieve excellent results in training and flight exams such as ratings. Both the King Air B200 and the Seneca III simulations are also convertible to analog instrumentation.
Ardex CEO Anja Mönck comments the latest addition to Ardex with great excitement: “The existing flight training device was installed back in 2004 and has been running ever since with the precision of a Swiss watch. When ordering software updates or hardware parts, Elite met our needs with its unmatched after-sales services. Having purchased this state-of-the art FNPT II MCC of the latest generation ensures us of a high standard of training by operating a modern software and using refined hardware. I have no doubt that we have invested well into our future with the purchase of this sophisticated product made in Switzerland.”
Sales manager Mr René Huddlestone from Elite Simulation Solutions AG in Switzerland is proud to know that many future German airline pilots in the greater Berlin area will profit from this brand-new Elite simulator at Ardex Flugschule und Luftfahrtunternehmen GmbH and says: “Elite is very excited to continue our long-term partnership with Ardex and we are honoured again to be the chosen supplier of an FNPT II MCC flight training device to one of Germany’s premier flight schools. We look forward to working alongside Ardex and to continue providing the same established after-sales services which Elite is renown for.”
