ELITE Pilot Hardware Warranty Policy Limited two years Warranty To the original owner ELITE Simulation Solutions AG warrants its hardware products to be free from manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years or 1,500 hours of use, whichever comes first. At its option ELITE will repair or replace any product manufactured by us that is returned pre-paid by the original purchaser when it has been determined by ELITE, or an assigned agent, that the product has failed due to defective workmanship or materials. ELITE reserves the right to assess fees associated with problem diagnosis. If the returned hardware product has a warrantable problem, ELITE will effect the repair or replacement and subsequently ship the product back to the original purchaser, freight pre-paid, via a reputable shipping service. To Obtain Warranty Service All warranty questions or claims must first be directed to the ELITE technical support department. For customer verification please provide ELITE with a serial number and/or purchase invoice number. Returning of merchandise for repair Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior permission from an ELITE authorised agent. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any product to ELITE. This number must be clearly legible on the outside of the shipping container. Any items returned without a proper RMA number will be refused. Return freight charges must be pre-paid and include a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be packaged in the original product container, or a suitable alternative that must at least meet the same overall specifications as the original, and be insured against damage. Implied warranty This ELITE hardware product warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and/or representations expressed or implied, including without limitations warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose, and all other liabilities including special or consequential damages in connection with the sale or use of any ELITE product. Any warranties implied by law are limited to the duration of this warranty, except in countries where such limitation is prohibited by law. |
