Delivery/Shipping policy
For secure on-line ordering, domestic and European orders are shipped by mail or via door-to-door courier service. Overseas shipments will be dispatched via regular airmail, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are calculated on the total weight of items ordered. Please provide a daytime telephone number. The billing address must be the same as the shipping address. No PO Box numbers are accepted unless they are part of military or Government addresses. We instruct our shipping agents to ask customers to countersign all deliveries.

Payment
Secure on-line and fax orders are by credit card payment only or advance payment to our bank account. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. If ordering with an American Express card you must state the billing address of your card, otherwise your order cannot be processed. Once an order is received, it will be processed by the end of the next business day, subject to goods being available. You may also place an order by phone with a credit card by calling our customer service department on (0041) 43-355-19-20. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Whilst our goal is to expedite orders by the end of the business day after the date an order is received, due to high demand on some products we may not always have an item in stock.
