RealView Visual Database Add-on

Extend your ELITE IFR software to full VFR functionality by adding the Swiss RealView visual scenery database. Visual clues include a 100m digital elevation model with ground collision detection, runway markings, approach lights, fog, haze, ceiling and visibility, clouds and day to night transition. RealView Switzerland uses Real-Life satellite images (25m resolution), which makes this one of the best visual systems available on the market. Also featured is the ability to download live METAR data directly from the Internet.

Note: RealView uses OpenGL. A 16MB or 32 MB graphics card fully capable of displaying OpenGL, such as any card with the Nvidia chipset, is required to use all visual features with high frame rates. RealView has been programmed to use the full capabilities of OpenGL. Benefits are excellent image quality and high frame rates. The RealView visual add-on requires ELITE Version v7.0 or higher to run.
